The SFDC is dedicated to recruiting business and industry to the Richmond Highway area.  The SFDC also teams with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, and the Fairfax County Office of Commercial Revitalization and Reinvestment to provide a one-stop source for all your business relocation needs.

The SFDC has worked on such recruitment projects as Chili’s Restaurant, Mount Vernon Plaza, The Hopkins House Child and Family Development Center, and the Woodlawn Hampton Inn and Suites.
